Have you State Govt. OBC(Other Backward Class) Certificate? Then, I am saying sorry, you are not eligible for the employee of central Govt. posts as OBC candidate. Central Govt. will definitely cancel your candidature for the post. Even you can not get admission to the central Govt. Institution.
Then, the question is what should you do?
But, now we are going to give you the solution. First you have to make an OBC-NCL(NON CREAMY LAYER) certificate.Then what is the procedure?
Step-1: First you have to go to your local municipality/Gram panchayat with AADHAR CARD and VOTER ID.both of you and your father.You have to also carry 10th certificate and 10+2 certificate, 2 copies of your photo.All Xerox must have to submit to the councillor/panchayat Pradhan and ask him to give you INCOME Certificate.
Step-2: This INCOME Certificate should be countersigned(forwarded) by Municipal Officer/ panchayat Savapati/Panchayat Sahayak/Gazetted officer.
Step-3: 1coppy of your photo should be Attested by any Gazetted officer.
Step-4:Then, go throgh your local B.D.O office website/ state Govt. e-district page.
Step-5: first REGISTER your name as a "New citizen Registration".
Step-6: then, Put your Name, address , parents name, phone No., purpose of apply" INCOME CERTIFICATE"
Step-6: Scan and make PDF of 1 coppy of Attested photo given by Gazetted Officer, Aadhar Card, Birth Certificate, Forwarded INCOME Certificate given by municipality/ Gram panchayat.
Step-7:Submit it to the website.
Step-8:you will have the B.D.O Income Certificate as a PDF in your own B.D.O website by LOGIN into your Account with digital signature of B.D.O.
(In some states of India , you have to submit a hand written application to the B.D.O with forwarded INCOME certificate,1 Copy photo,Aadhar card, last qualified educational certificate and B.D.O will give a manually signed INCOME CERTIFICATE)
STEP-9: Then go to the District
Magistrate/ Additional Magistrate/ Collector/ Deputy Commissioner/ Additional Deputy
Commissioner/ Deputy Collector/ Ist Class Stipendiary Magistrate/
Sub‐Divisional magistrate/ Taluka Magistrate/ Executive Magistrate/ Extra
Assistant Commissioner (not below the rank of Ist Class Stipendiary
Magistrate). (ii) Chief Presidency Magistrate / Additional Chief Presidency
Magistrate / Presidency Magistrate. (iii) Revenue Officer not below the rank of
Tehsildar’ and (iv) Sub‐Divisional Officer of the area where you live.
Step-10: Go to the CASTE SECTION and submit two copies of NCL APPLICATION FORM** with B.D.O INCOME CERTIFICATE , STATE GOVT. OBC caste CERTIFICATE XEROX ,One copy xerox about the applying issue(joining letter,/application form of the post,/notification print out) Aadhar card, last qualified educational certificate and a manually application form to the officer such way,
